Fea`s Petrel "Petrodroma feae"  or Zinos Petrel "Petrodroma Madeira"
Unfortunately determinable only by Scale .
But either way a rarity.  the Fea`s  have a population of 1250 pairs and the other one 80 pairs...but either way an extremely endangered species. I love the shape of the wings! I hope that the population will recover! Good luck !!!
